Dear L.A. Council,

We are all concerned about building more parks in downtown L.A., because there are more homeless people. We think it is disgusting and embarrassing for the residents and tourists. You guys know we California do not have more water enough and cannot afford to feed more water to parks like grasses, trees, plants and flowers, etc, so we need to save more water, right? Hope Ninth and Hill Park and Spring Street Park can be cancelled, so they can build more retails, commericals and residentials, etc, instead. Grand Avenue Civic Park and Perishing Square Park are good enough.
I also fowarded this to the Honorable Councilwoman Jan Perry and Mr. David Riccitiello of CRA.

Thanks,

Ron

Has any thought been given to problems of collectives with long leases that will have to relocate, the difficulty of finding new locations, and the thousands of employees that may no longer have jobs?
