LA activist speaks out
Wednesday, October 28th, 2009Reaction to the City Attorney Carmen Trutanich’s latest draft ordinance from the community has been critical. His ordinance would ban sales of medicine, requiring instead that every patient participate physically in growing medicine. One local patient takes issue with the City Attorney’s approach.
